New Patients

We welcome all new patients and strive to make your first visit as comfortable and stress free as possible. For your first visit to our office we request that you bring a few pieces of information with you. A list of any medications you are currently taking will assist us with setting up your medically history. If you have dental insurance we will need your insurance identification card as well as any literature regarding your coverage. With this information we can bill your insurance company directly. Our receptionists will assist you in completing our medical and consent forms, and address any of your questions and concerns. Your first appointment consists of a complete oral examination, which include x-rays, unless you have specific concern or require immediate treatment for an emergency condition. The dentist or hygienist will discuss their finding with you, make recommendation and establish a comprehensive treatment plan. Our receptionists will prepare a cost estimate and schedule any necessary appointments.

FEES:

We will assist you as best we can in financing your visit to our office. We accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard. If you have dental insurance our skilled administrative team will assist in processing your claim electronically. Should you have specific concerns regarding finances, we suggest you contact the office and speak to a receptionist to discuss our payment options.
